Include a link to download codegen on the synergy downloads page

I never remember where to get the latest codegen from.

It is a critical part of Harmony codre and SQL replication projects, plus a number of other project types as well, such as WPF

If its in Github I can't find it.

I'm now going to see if I can think of anywhere else it might be
